Data Deletion Policy – Dizputed

Dizputed is committed to ensuring users can request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

Users may request deletion of any personal data processed or stored by Dizputed, including data associated with application accounts, uploaded materials, or third-party login providers (such as Facebook or other authentication services).

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion using one of the following methods:

1. Account Deletion (In-App)

If you have access to your Dizputed account, you may delete your account directly within the application settings. This action will permanently remove associated personal data.

2. Direct Request

You may submit a deletion request via:

support@dizputed.com

Please include sufficient information to identify your account (such as your registered email address or username).

What Happens After a Request

  • Access credentials and account identifiers will be removed.

  • Personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted from active systems.

  • Third-party authentication identifiers (e.g., Facebook Login IDs) will be removed.

  • Any remaining data retained will only be that required for legal, security, or accounting obligations.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

Revoking Third-Party Access

If you connected Dizputed using a third-party login provider, you may also revoke access directly from that provider’s account settings. Revoking access prevents any future data sharing.
