Any Questions?

Q: Does Dizputed read every word of my messages?

Unlike people, Dizputed won’t tune out on abusive emails or long repetitive chats. It reads every word of every message in full, consistently flagging and analysing each one with multiple AI passes to make sure nothing is missed.

Q: Does Dizputed ever make mistakes or errors?
Yes and no. What kind an answer is that? It’s an honest one and here is how it breaks down. Read on so you can understand the impressive accuracy and limitations of Dizputed’s approach.

Q: Are Quotes 100% accurate?

YES: Any quotes from original messages, i.e. the bits inside inverted commas are accurate. One of the key limitations of ChatGPT and other AI platform is they a they will ‘hallucinate’ or ‘rephrase’ or correct language. This can be extremely subtle and the engine will not always be able to tell it has even made changes. The method that Dizputed use ensures that quotes are extracted as is without exception, and you have the reassurance that every quote is accompanied by a bookmark back to the original messages text which creates a create audit trail.

Q: What about narrative errors?

MOSTLY: The current version of Dizputed has a 91% accuracy rate with respect to accurately summarising the key parts of messages and ensuring grammar and the parties are correctly identified. The software is in continuous development and this aspect of the software is improving at an exponential rate, whilst we cannot ever say it will be 100% - it is already better than person could achieve on a first run. Moreover, every narrative sentences is accompanied by a verbatim quote so you can you judge for your self how well it’s performing.

Q: How accurate is the analysis?

EXTREMELY: Dizputed multi pass engine not only analyses sentences and key words it always includes sophisticated tone rating and pattern tracking. Many of these feature are not yet fully implemented so you can expect the software to only become more accurate over time.

Q: Can I depend on Dizputed’s legal advice?

No: it’s not legal advice, and it shouldn’t replace an attorney, solicitor or barrister. But what Dizputed does do is extremely powerful. It takes thousands of messages and turns them into a clear, structured report. It writes your statement headings, inserts quotes, and builds the entire document in Word—styled and laid out to match exactly what your local court expects. Every section is labelled, every quote is referenced, and the whole document is built for easy review and submission. You still need to check it, but Dizputed saves 100’s of hours of manual effort and gets your documents courtroom‑ready faster than any professional and with a far higher accuracy rate.

Q: Can I use my Dizputed license to help my friend?

No. Unless you’ve purchased the professional version, Dizputed locks itself to your case details and can’t be reused for someone else’s conflict. That said, we’ve worked hard to make it affordable for everyone—and we offer dispensations and discounts for people in serious financial difficulty, or minors without access to funds.

Q: Do you store my private messages on your servers?
No. All message data is imported, stored, and processed locally on your device—in an encrypted offline database. We don’t send your full unencrypted message content to any server.

Q: Can anyone else read or review my messages?
We simply don’t have access to your private messages as they are only stored on your local drive. You retain full ownership and control—data is only processed for narrative/report generation and saved locally unless you choose to share it externally.

Q: Do you store message metadata?
No: We only minimal metadata relating to your licensing and usage credits of your software.

Q: Could law enforcement demand my data?
Dizputed doesn’t hold your message content externally, so there’s nothing to seize from us. However, law enforcement could subpoena your device itself. If messages are still stored locally, they might be retrievable via legal requests.
